DELIVERY TIME
5.1. Delivery of the products purchased on the Site will be made to the address registered by the User in the "delivery address" field, within the period described by the Site itself, and since it is confirm payment for the respective products.
5.1.1. The time frame described on the Site is an estimate. Therefore, it is possible that such time frame change for reasons of logistics and force majeure. In case of delays in deliveries, ROCKETERIAS will inform the User so that he or she is aware.
5.2. The cost of freight will be added to the value of the purchased merchandise and will be calculated and reported to the User before confirming the purchase. The cost of freight may depend on factors such as the total weight of the merchandise, the distance, and the type of delivery.
5.3. In the event of any fortuitous event or force majeure that may delay the delivery of the products purchased on the Site, ROCKETERIAS will at all times be exempt from any liability.
PAYMENT
6.1. Payment for products purchased on the Site may be made through any of the following methods: the payment methods offered by the Site, including, among others: credit card. The list of payment methods offered may be subject to changes at any time without prior notice to Users.
6.2. Payment by credit card or any other online payment method must be made on the Site.
6.3. Only after confirmation of payment will the products be released for delivery to the delivery address indicated by the User.
6.4. In the event of ignorance by the corresponding Banking Institution regarding the charges made by the corresponding User through credit card and derived from operations carried out on the Site, ROCKETERIAS reserves the right to initiate legal actions that correspond and establish criminal or civil responsibilities as the case may be or any other nature, as well as carrying out all those internal actions that may go from charging the credit card of said User again until the definitive cancellation of the User on the Site, for which no prior authorization from the User will be required.
