Sólo se puede utilizar junto con el sistema line array de 3 vías LA880i. Se recomienda el uso del LA808i en espacios que tengan un gran tiempo de reverberación. Cuando se agrega una sola unidad al LA880i, la directividad de las bajas frecuencias aumenta hasta una octava más baja que con el LA880i solo. Las dimensiones del producto son idénticas a las del LA880i. El LA808i debe colocarse directamente encima o directamente debajo del LA880i para que el sistema funcione correctamente. Si lo desea, se pueden agregar dos unidades LA808i: una encima del LA880i y otra debajo.

SoundTube - LA808I-II - Optional Addition to LA880i NOT a subwoofer, the SoundTube LA808i is designed to increase the directivity of low frequencies in Sound - Tube's Line Array system. It can be used only in conjuction with the LA880i 3-way line array. The use of the LA808i is recommended in spaces that have a large reverberation time. When a single unit is added to the LA880i, directivity of low frequencies is increased by up to an octave lower than with the LA880i alone. The product's dimensions are identical to those of the LA880i. The LA808i must be placed either directly above or directly below the LA880i in order for the system to work properly. If desired, two LA808i units can be added: one above the LA880i and one below. Coverage Angle: (-6d - B @ 2k - Hz) 103° horizontal, 29° vertical | (-6d - B @ 10k - Hz) 77° horizontal, 51° vertical | (Avg. 2 to 10 k - Hz) 90° horizontal, 60° vertical (200-10k).
