1. GENERAL TERMS

ROCKETERIAS SA DE CV (hereinafter “ROCKETERIAS”) makes available to the public in general the use of its website, [*] (hereinafter the “Site”), the use of which will be subject in all time to these terms and conditions of use (hereinafter the “Terms and Conditions of Use”). The mere use of the Site attributes to the general public the status of user (hereinafter the “User” or the “Users”) and implies the full and complete acceptance unconditional, of each and every one of the general and particular conditions included in these Terms and Conditions of Use at the very moment the User accesses the Site.

2. REGISTRATION

To access the Site, you must be invited by a registered User. This invitation is made by email, in which you will find the instructions for registering. The condition User implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website in the version published at the time you register on the Site.

3. CONDITIONS FOR ENTERING THE SITE

For proper access to the Site, Users must have the necessary equipment and facilities necessary for your Internet connection (computer, telephone, modem, programs, etc.), being the use of this equipment is the sole responsibility of the same.

4. PURCHASES AND PROMOTIONS

ROCKETERIAS will inform Users, by e-mail, of all promotions and opportunities future, with their respective dates and conditions.

5. DELIVERY TIME

Delivery of the products purchased on the Site will be made to the address registered by the User in the "delivery address" field, within the period described by the Site itself, and since it is confirm payment for the respective products.

6.1. Payment Methods

Payment for products purchased on the Site may be made through any of the following methods: the payment methods offered by the Site, including, among others: credit card. The list of payment methods offered may be subject to changes at any time without prior notice to Users.

6.2. Payment Process

Payment by credit card or any other online payment method must be made on the Site.

6.3. Payment Confirmation

Only after confirmation of payment will the products be released for delivery to the delivery address indicated by the User.

6.4. Disputes and Legal Actions

In the event of ignorance by the corresponding Banking Institution regarding the charges made by the corresponding User through credit card and derived from operations carried out on the Site, ROCKETERIAS reserves the right to initiate legal actions that correspond and establish criminal or civil responsibilities as the case may be or any other nature, as well as carrying out all those internal actions that may go from charging the credit card of said User again until the definitive cancellation of the User on the Site, for which no prior authorization from the User will be required.

7. RETURN

7.1. Conditions for Return

Users may only return the purchased product in accordance with the following conditions:

  • 7.1.1. Communicate your intention to return the merchandise to the Customer Service Department of ROCKETERIAS, by sending an e-mail ([*]), within a period of no more than 7 (seven) days from the date the product was received.
  • 7.1.2. You must pack the product in its original packaging, without signs of use, without odors, accompanied by the invoice or purchase note, the labels in original condition, without having them torn off, and all the accessories that accompany the product, to the address where it is established at the time of delivery.
  • 7.1.3. The labels, both those of ROCKETERIAS and those of the designers (when applicable) must be attached to the corresponding garments or products.
  • 7.1.4. The shipping of the product is the exclusive responsibility of the User, and must occur within the term of 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery. Returns will only be accepted after the communication mentioned in point 7.1.1 has been confirmed.
  • 7.1.5. The return will only be made after having received and analyzed the conditions of the returned product. If any irregularities are found, such as damage, signs of use, or lack of accessories, ROCKETERIAS may not accept the return, resending the product to the User without prior consultation with the latter.
  • 7.1.6. Once the return is accepted, ROCKETERIAS will credit the total amount of the item purchased in coupons that can be used on future purchases.

7.2. Damaged or Open Products

The reception of the product with a damaged, open or wet box must be notified, and the User must immediately notify ROCKETERIAS' Customer Service Department by e-mail sending medium ([*]).

8. RETURN FOR CAUSES ATTRIBUTABLE TO ROCKETERIAS

8.1. Conditions for Return

  • 8.1.1. Communicate your intention to return the merchandise to the Customer Service Department of ROCKETERIAS, by sending an e-mail ([*]), within a period of no more than 7 (seven) days from the date the product was received.
  • 8.1.2. You must pack the product in its original packaging, without signs of use, without odors, accompanied by the invoice or purchase note, the labels in original condition, without having them torn off, and all the accessories that accompany the product, to the address where it is established at the time of delivery.
  • 8.1.3. The labels, both those of ROCKETERIAS and those of the designers (when applicable) must be attached to corresponding garments or products.
  • 8.1.4. The shipment of the product will be charged to ROCKETERIAS, and must occur within the term of 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery. Returns will only be accepted after the communication mentioned in point 8.1.1 has been confirmed; and the following must be done: Print the ROCKETERIAS return authorization letter for such purposes;
  • 8.1.5. The return will only be made after having received and analyzed the conditions of the returned product. If any irregularities are found, such as damage, signs of use, or lack of accessories, ROCKETERIAS may not accept the return, resending the product to the User without prior consultation with the latter.
  • 8.1.6. Once the return of the product has been accepted, ROCKETERIAS will proceed to carry out a refund of the amount paid; when payment has been made by credit card, ROCKETERIAS will request the Bank to cancel the amount in whole or in part, as the case may be, and to reimburse the amount. The refund will be reflected in the next statement of the charge made. In case the amount has been paid with any other means of payment, ROCKETERIAS will make a transfer bank to the bank CLABE that the User provides for this purpose.

8.2. Damaged or Open Products

The reception of the product with a damaged, open or wet box must be notified and the User must immediately notify ROCKETERIAS' Customer Service Department, by e-mail sending medium e-mail ([*]).

8.3. Non-Delivery of Product

In the event that the product has not been sent to the User due to lack of inventory or theft, ROCKETERIAS will proceed to refund the amount paid; when the payment has been made by credit card, ROCKETERIAS will request the Bank to cancel it total or partial as the case may be, and the refund will be reflected in the next account statement of the charge made. In the event that the amount has been paid with any other means of payment, ROCKETERIAS will make a bank transfer to the bank CLABE that the User provides for this purpose.
