The black CM31-EZ In-Ceiling Speaker from SoundTube Entertainment is a 3" speaker for distributed audio applications. The CM31-EZ incorporates a low profile grille with a total visible footprint of 6.3" diameter and an integrated backcan and driver design for ultra compact in-ceiling installations. The in-ceiling speaker includes a six-position tap switch with a transformer bypass position. A tile bridge and mounting hardware are included and feature a fast and secure constant tension Speed Wing mounting system. The CM31-EZ Speaker incorporates weatherized components for indoor/outdoor applications. Engineered for rapid installation and low profile mounting for smaller venues, this speaker is suitable for retail, restaurants, conference rooms, educational facilities, or any setting where full-range intelligibility, low profile design, and in-ceiling installation ease are paramount.

Easy-access six-position tap switch for 25/70.7/100-volt and transformer bypass settings allows for easy ordering, stocking, and installation. Tuned port on baffle for added musicality and bass response down to 65 Hz (-10 dB). Reduced amplification costs and maximum efficiency of 84.5 dB sensitivity, 16 ohm impedance. Incorporates a painted steel grill for lasting durability. Adaptable to material thicknesses ranging from 0.035" (0.9 mm) to 1.6" (40.6 mm). UL 1480 and 2043 listed.
